JONES, WYATT & ROBERTS CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVILEGED MEMORANDUM ATTORNEY WORK PRODUCT and ATTORNEY/CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS TO: McVEIGH IN-HOUSE LEGAL TEAM & NEIL HARTLEY FROM: AMBER McLAUGHLIN SUBJECT: CONFERENCE WITH LAWRENCE MYERS ON FEBRUARY 6-7, 1996 DATE: MARCH 14, 1996 On the evening of February 5, 1996, Neil Hartley and I arrived into Evansville, Indiana. The next morning we met with Lawrence Myers and talked with him for the next 10-or-11 hours. The following is the best recollection I have of that meeting based upon my extensive notes. Lawrence said that Tim fears (1) that we will imply his escalation as mitigation and (2) that it will be disclosed that Tim was not the primary bomber. Rocky McPeak saw John Doe No. 2. The bomb used at Rocky's house was a kinepac bomb, not an ANFO bomb. Kinepac bombs are mining bombs. Lawrence said the government's version of the bomb in our case is correct. About this time, Marty Smith called Lawrence Myers. Marty Smith was very angry. He said that Marty Reed and Wilma Sparks had talked to Bangerter and told Bangerter not to talk to ABC. Marty Smith wanted to know how the McVeigh defense team knew that he was headed out to interview Bangerter. Lawrence said it made him look like he had leaked this information to the McVeigh defense team. Lawrence said that Tim got a hand truck when he rented the Ryder truck. Lawrence wanted to know what happened to this. Neil and Lawrence Myers both agreed that ammonium nitrate and diesel bombs are hard to set off. Muzzle loaders use the ammonium nitrate which Terry Nichols sold. Terry Nichols made a 2,000% profit selling ammonium nitrate at gun shows. Tim used the alias "Tim Tuttle" to sell his grandfather's guns in case one of the guns broke down. Tim needed an alias. Lawrence said that Tim did not attend his grandfather's funeral. However, Bill McVeigh thinks that Tim attended it. In reference to Rose Frances Woods, she is a friend of Jennifer's who lives in Lockport, New York. In December of 1994, she took a call for Tim. In April of 1995 when Jennifer went on vacation, Jennifer boxed up letters from Tim and told Rose to keep them safe. (At this point, Lawrence went over some of Jennifer's testimony to the grand jury. He added that Jennifer told the grand jury that she received a photocopied portion of the Turner Diaries regarding truck bombs from Tim. She burned this, along with one of Tim's letters.) Tim sent Sergeant Warnament a copy of "Vampire Killer 2000." Tom Metzger gave a speech at the White Aryan Resistance (WAR) meeting in Oklahoma City. Japanese news has a copy of this speech. Apparently, Tom Metzger announced that something big was going to happen on April 19, 1995. At this point in my notes, there is a mention of the Michigan militia. It might mean that the Michigan militia were present at this speech in Oklahoma City. Tim and Terry were in Marion, Kansas, on October 6, 1994, loading up Terry's furniture. There were affidavits to this effect. Terry purchased an advertisement in the Marion County Record to sell all of his furniture that day. This is also the date of the Marion quarry robbery,1 according to Lawrence. Lawrence said that Tim did not renew his driver's license on April 1995 as is reported in the criminal complaint. Tim had no pattern to offend prior to going into the Army. Tim even signed a traffic ticket that he received. McPeak said he sold methamphetamine to Tim. Jim Allison testified in the Berg trial regarding the conspiracy to bomb the Alfred P. Murrah Building. Matsch was required to read the Turner Diaries for this case. Roger Moore was an Iran-Contra assister. He was used by _____ for grunt work. One of Matsch's nephews was killed due to one of Matsch's cases. There is some reference to Mandrich and MDC Holdings. Lawrence said that Matsch is predisposed to government conspiracies.2 Lawrence said that allegedly there was a NCIC report run on Roger Moore on April 20, 1995. Lawrence has been trying to verify the date, but he has been unable to. In September 1995, the U.S. Marshall's Service was asked to protect Matsch, Barnhill and Noddingham. The FBI in Denver was alerted to this and concerned about Matsch's protection; they were concerned about, "secret forces in the government." Al Martin is the person who said that Matsch's safety was compromised by the secret forces in the government. Also, there is some reference to Richard Seecord. Joe Johnson is the FBI Denver agent in charge. Agent Barrett was also mentioned. Arlon Specter-CIA Properties. Bill Turpin--Federal Labor of Racketeering. Millman and Miezel used to be with HUD and Judge Matsch believes they may have some information on his daughter's death. Ollie North mined the Nicaraguan harbors and was caught. Roger Moore was involved with this mining contract. Jason Hart said he sold crank to Tim McVeigh. Hart is a friend of Rosencranz. Sam Pennington is the CIA General Counsel and he has had contact with Roger Moore. Roger Moore said he met Tim McVeigh at a gun show on June 10, 1993. There was an Indian from Connecticut named Jim Bob with Tim at this gun show. The FBI had the Indian under surveillance and so Moore, the Indian and Tim were all photographed. Coconut Grove is a gay area in Florida. The reason the FBI was watching the Indian was because he probably buys arms for his community, according to Lawrence. On April 1, 1994, Roger Moore saw Tim at the Tulsa gun show. The next time he saw Tim was September 1994 at the Soldier of Fortune Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. In November 1994, Tim was in New York and almost had a wreck in his vehicle with Jennifer McVeigh. Tim was upset about the near collision because there were lots of explosives in his vehicle. Tim's property in Lockport was not a "war zone." Tim bought it and then went into the Army six weeks later. He had been working full time prior to this. Tim did not want to wait five weeks for entry into the Ranger School, that is why he accepted the division he went into in the Army. Tim did not check out the book Armed and Dangerous from the Mohave County Library. However, it was found in Terry Nichols' house in Herington. How did it get there? Lori's testimony about the soup cans is implausible. The bomb could not have worked as Lori described. This would be excuulpatory evidence. David Miller is Bob Millar's son. David changed his name at some point. Gary Lauck is in custody in Australia. He is a White Supremacist who lives in Nebraska and was recently arrested for importing and printing Jewish literature. He is an American (?) who acts like Hitler and tries to speak with a German accent. Mike Milner is the legal counsel for West Coast Technology. This is who owns the Spotlight. It was recently merged with Frontier. Mike Milner's phone number is 805-564-4394. He can give the date when they received the search warrant from the government for the Bridges' Spotlight records. Apparently they received the search warrant on April 24, 1995. However, there is evidence that the FBI had these records before the search warrant was executed. A computer hacker who works for Dateline said that the FBI contacted him to obtain these records. This hacker told Dateline that he hacked into the records the weekend before. We need to call NBC Dateline and find out the name of their hacker. There is a former ATF agent who has defected to Colorado. He is concerned about the lack of ATF presence in the Alfred P. Murrah Building during the time of the bombing. He questions why there were ATF agents from other states in the Murrah Building. Prior knowledge by the government is evident. Why did Tim ditch the station wagon? Why did Tim refuse to give the phone number of his destination when he rented the Ryder truck? Why did Tim pay for two extra days for the truck? The Ryder truck cleared Elliott's on 4-17-95 at 4:22 p.m. Tom Kissinger and Vickie Beemer said John Doe No. 1 was with John Doe No. 2 when they came in to reserve the truck. Eldon Elliott did not recall John Doe No. 2. The grand jury was told not to question Rosencranz about the Hornet rifle. Fortier gave Rosencranz fertilizer to bury. The note that was left on Tim's vehicle that said the car would be moved by "4-23-95" was inconsistent with the way Tim had always dated items. He always puts the day first, then the month, then the year. He was never known to put the month first. Tim did not officially "sign out" of the Army. On February 9, 1992, he was processed into the National Guard. On that date, he estimated, based upon his commitment, that on April 11, 1995, he would be out of the Army. On the base, Tim could have hid among the other soldiers. "He never got out of the military." He did not sign out of the Army. It was stupid of Tim to name a co-defendant as "next of kin" on the booking card. This is exculpatory in that it shows he had no knowledge of the bombing. For the Ryder truck, they wanted a "next of kin" and no one was given. It was stupid to keep the Spotlight card in your wallet if you went to the trouble of getting it under an alias and paying for it with money orders obtained with an alias. John Trockman says that Roger Moore went up to the Montana militia. Trockman runs the Militia of Montana. There was some mention of Bob Rix from the FBI. Tim told Fortier that he knew that the FBI was in the Murrah Building. There was some mention of Turtle Creek Lake. It appears that the van that allegedly carried off the weapons from Roger Moore's robbery did not actually do so. This conclusion was based upon the fact that the tire impressions were the same as when the van was allegedly filled as when it was empty. This is Lawrence Myers' escalation chart:3 FIRST TIER Patriot--My Country Right or Wrong. (a) Freshman football, 1982-83; (b) Preparation for good citizenship; (c) Catholic school from 1974-83; (d) Gun collection and Steve Hodges. County/Government are Separate. (a) Constant travel--transient--no tracks; (b) Recruitment of others; (c) Communication plan; (d) Methamphetamine use; (e) Going armed constantly. By the time the person reaches the third tier, there is a predisposition to violence. Did Tim call Kelso on April 17, 1995 because he was having second thoughts? Tim called Kirk Lyons on 4-18-95. Kirk was in North Carolina. He reached Kirk Lyons through David Holliday at 704-669-5189. (?) "Turning Point" is doing a victim program on April 19, 1996. Barbara Walters is a producer for "Turning Point." Lawrence Myers wanted samples of Tim's writing when it was small. Lawrence said that bombers write lists. Did Tim write lists? Cary Gagan is proof that the government had prior knowledge. In September 1994, he was given a letter of immunity. On April 1, 1995, he wrote another letter to the United States Marshall. Terry was in the process of moving to St. George, Utah, when his child died. This is stated on the police report. The Ranger Handbook was given to Tim. In 1992, Tim thought he had the Gulf War Syndrome. This was in Buffalo. He described aching bones and sore feet. He also had a sore on his foot that would not heal. Albert Warnament told Lawrence Myers that soldiers and terrorists have a lot in common. This needs to be followed up on with Albert Warnament. Tim joined the NRA in January. Lawrence believes that John Doe No. 2 was the blaster, Tim was the operational soldier, and the third person in the Mercury was the government informant. For a bomb to have maximum efficiency, it would be made of 95.5% ANFO and 4.4% diesel. Lawrence said it is extremely critical for maximum efficiency that the amounts are exact. Evidence found at the bomb site showed that the bomb was placed in the front of the Ryder truck. Based upon the cut from the blast, the bomb was 10 feet from the back of the truck. The fact that Tim rented the truck put him down the line of command. Bill Sweet is the Director of Circulation of Liberty Lobby. He is the one to contact regarding Spotlight records. Jenny said Tim admitted to planning the robbery of Roger Moore. Lawrence believes that Roger Moore did not like Tim because Tim lived in his house, he cooked food, watched t.v. and washed his clothes. Tim was mad about the way Roger Moore treated Karen. Lawrence said that Tim was totally escalated by April 1994. There are two ways to debrief a solider: (1) wait until he is ready, or (2) feed him more--that he will end up just a story. Tim obtained the book, Poor Man's James Bond, in 1988. Roger Moore knows the author of this book. QUESTIONS: Why did Tim have the Spotlight card in his wallet when he had the number memorized? Why did he list a co-defendant as his next of kin? Why did he have that literature in his car? Why did he have no license plate? Why did he have the Thomas Jefferson tee-shirt on? James believed his phone was tapped before April 19, 1995. The reason is because the FBI knew of James' whereabouts prior to April 19. It would be interesting to find out the dates of the NCIC inquiries on Roger Moore, a/k/a Bob Anderson, a/k/a Bob Miller. If a pull fuse igniter was used, it should have been found in the rubble. Lawrence believes that John Doe No. 2 is the blaster and he has experience in mining. (The reason he thinks this is because he believes that Tim McVeigh was involved in the bombing at Rocky McPeak's house. That bomb was typical of bombs used in mining operations.) Lawrence said that detonation cord, TNT, and a regular lit fuse are common mining tools. Lawrence believed John Doe No. 2 is from the Chiapas Mountains in Mexico, based upon the description of the facial features and the nose on the composite of John Doe No. 2. Other co-conspirators are not acting like Earl Turner, they are finding lunatics who will do what they say. Naivety and loyalty are what they looked for. You fired the last shot. (?) Others are less than honorable. (?) Tim's grandfather, Ed McVeigh, had a burr haircut like Tim's. Tim was bonded with Vicki Hodges while they were growing up, not Steve Hodges. Tim took a girl with the last name of Hahn to her prom. Tim got in trouble because Hahn kept calling him at work at Burger King. It is possible that "the others" worked for the government. Tim was a sucker patsy. We need to convey to Tim that if you do not tell us everything now, you cannot go back to your cell safely. We need to know everything now. Lawrence wanted us to get him a press pass for a seat at trial. The name of Bill McVeigh's bowling team is Midnight Bombers. This name originated in the 1970s. Lawrence said bombers do not directly confront. We need Coverdale's complaint. (I do not recall why we need this.) Cumulative rage--psych versus normal aspects of Tim's personality. Bombers are so indistinguishable that they can disappear in a crowd, they have a worn library card, they have no pets, they have no plants, they are neat, conservative, very normal, they read everything, no interest in music, use extra postage on packages, and they have no personal items in their house. (Others) are not acting in the best interests of government: (1) counter terrorism bill, (2) Senate Bill No. 1, (3) Brady Bill No. 2. (?) Do we have Tim's letter to Jennifer that methamphetamine helps him remember? Lawrence Myers wants to go to the Philippines in late spring. He believes material support came from the Philippines and so did the techniques of the bomb. There were arrests for bombings of visitor parks in 1982 and 1985 in western New York. Lawrence's father, Gene William Myers,4 told Lawrence that "99% of life is your reaction to it." Lawrence said it is good for us to assert that there was a government informant. Lawrence said the FBI will spend quite a bit of time focusing on and scrutinizing Tim's writings and the size of his writings. Lawrence said that Tim is a "harmless puppy" in handwriting analysis. If the government uses handwriting analysis, we will be able to discredit them. We need to observe Hanger's video. Lawrence believes that the reason Tim did not shoot Trooper Hanger was because he did not have the opportunity. Lawrence said that Trooper Hanger executed the text book stop. Steve Hodges' father took Steve and Tim shooting all the time. Bill McVeigh never took Tim, nor did Tim's grandfather. Steve Hodges' father adopted Tim. Bill McVeigh said that when Tim was 7 months old, he fell out of his crib and broke his wrist. Bill McVeigh said no one ever asked him this question. We need to find out if Tim sold anything through his Spotlight ad. Also, who serviced it? Did anyone call him in reference to it? He applied for the ad on August 16, 1993. It is possible this is how Tim recruited others. Neil made the following notes: In December 1990 at a Buffalo-Miami football game, there was a crowd on the field. Tim (?) pulled down a goal post. We need this footage. We need to give Tim the History of the Gulf War book. We need to look into experimental drugs used on Gulf War veterans. An FDA prophylactic drug was used on Gulf War veterans. John Hopkins University did studies on pesticides and medications used for veterans. There is no correlation to the pesticides used in their clothing and washing. (?) Jennifer has lots of information about Tim. Who bought Jennifer's computer for her? Jennifer is now living at home with her father. Bill McVeigh is the best witness we have, according to Lawrence. Mark Kurnike is from the Michigan militia. A man by the name of Rich Sherrow is an expert in explosives and he claims to have met Tim at a gun show. He has testified in 17 states in state and federal court. He wants to interview Tim for the Soldier of Fortune. His address is P.O. Box 41045, Mesa, Arizona (602-964-7178). He has stated that, "Tim McVeigh needed to keep his hands in his pocket." Rich will corroborate Tim's lack of proficiency with a bomb. Paul Copher also claims to have met Tim in the late summer of 1994 at a Phoenix gun show. Also, the Phoenix "PD" (?) met Tim. (More information on Paul Copher and Rich Sherrow can be obtained from my memo of the phone conversation with Lawrence Myers on 3-13-96.) Lawrence believes John Doe No. 2 was the project supervisor and there was more than one vehicle in Oklahoma City. In April 1994, James made and used a pill box bomb to clean out a grain auger. James was "mistaken" when he said that Tim was there when they made the pop bottle bomb. James has threatened President Clinton in the past. (?) Lawrence said that Hoppy wants to talk to Tim. Lawrence wanted to know if Tim gets the "News Reporter." Lawrence said that David Lane sent a letter to Tim and Lawrence wanted to know if Tim received it. Lane gave the letter to his wife to mail and she sent a copy of it to Lawrence. Bangerter called the prison which housed Snell on April 14, 1995. Andy Strassmeir was at Snell's funeral. Snell watched the broadcast of the Oklahoma City bombing reports. In reference to a question from Stephen, Lawrence said he did not know Jim Dawson. This was the end of my notes for February 6, 1996. Neil and I talked for awhile afterwards and he said that Carla Kretchmer gave him some facts which he was not sure if he included in his reports. Apparently she told Neil that Tim and others would put chemicals on animals to see the effect, and they either used or sold mercury switches that blew up cars. (Dave Paulsen testified to the grand jury that he bought two mercury switches from Tim.) Neil and I met with Lawrence again the next morning, February 7, 1996. Lawrence has a tape of a phone conversation between him and Martin Keating in which Martin described the Southwestern Bell video tape as containing evidence of Tim McVeigh exiting the Ryder truck. Lawrence searched for this tape while we were there and was unable to find it. Martin Keating said Dennis Dutch, who is the Chief of Security for Governor Keating, told Martin that on the Southwestern Bell video tape, it shows Tim clearly exiting the Ryder truck. Apparently Dennis Dutch and Governor Keating both saw this video tape. Richard Coffman from National Alliance sells books. Dennis Mahon is a White Supremacist with long-term connections to the movement. Lawrence has no file on him yet. However, the Tulsa Police Department tracks him closely. Lawrence Myers says he knows this because of his contacts in the Tulsa P.D. (See my memo regarding phone conversation with Lawrence Myers on 3-13-96 for more information here.) Lawrence Myers thinks that Mahon is involved with the Oklahoma City bombing because of who Mahon associates with. Mahon associates with Millar, National Alliance, Metzger, Lyons and Andy. Tom Ross and Floyd Hayes are FBI agents who have used Roger Moore in the past. Rodney Bowers was unable to find the April 20 NCIC check on Roger Moore. On May 18, 1995, Millar called Richard Butler of the Aryan Nations six times. Apparently someone asked Bangerter about the call to Kevin Nicholas and he made no response. Bangerter is a distributor for the Restaurant Tea Service. For four years, the tea company has had this same phone number. A couple by the name of Ken and Morene Equita, 1401 North Street, Flagstaff, Arizona, are one of four distributors for the tea company. However, neither Ken nor Morene have any contact with law enforcement. John Bangerter, Sr., has been a distributor for this company for two years. China Mist Tea Company (?) is privately owned. There was a food conference the second and third week of April. John Ludwig, who is a national sales representative, was in the Radisson during that time period. Either the Restaurant Tea Service or the China Mist Tea Company is a 13 year old company. Lawrence said several tea companies had been set up as proprietaries over the past few years. Martin Keating wrote a book in 1991 called The Final Jihad. According to Lawrence, Martin researched for this book by talking to the FBI and CIA. Governor Keating was formerly with the FBI. Did Governor Keating give contacts to his brother? The book was originally sent to publication as non-fiction; however, at some point, Martin changed it to fiction. According to Lawrence, the government gave Martin sensitive information and allowed him to write this book. On June 11, 1995, Governor Keating was alleged to have told a Dallas Morning News reporter that he was concerned about whether or not Martin had an alibi for the Oklahoma City bombing. The first draft of Martin's book was sent submitted in 1988. It was rejected a second time in 1991. It is now in the process of being published. The Final Jihad accurately projected many major events, including an airplane crashing into the White House, a bombing of a federal building in Oklahoma City with the bomber being caught leaving the scene by a state highway patrolman who stopped the bomber for a minor traffic violation. One of the characters in the book is named Tom McVey. In 1988, Buck Revelle snuck Martin Keating into the Strategic Information Operations Center (SIOC) which is the super secret intelligence center at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Revelle got reprimanded for doing this. Buck Revelle helped catch the World Trade Center bombers. Revelle also supervised the Waco investigation. In July 1994, Revelle retired and "went into hiding." He ran the counter-terrorism branch of the FBI until 1991. Apparently in 1991, he got demoted (because of allowing Martin Keating into the SIOC?) and was transferred to Dallas as FBI agent in charge. Pat Briley's wife and another FBI agent's wife were in a store. Another wife of an FBI agent called and said that the government had known about the bomb before hand. There was a public relations focus group in December 1995 that was made up of people from L.A., Tulsa and New York. (I have no clue what this means.) Dennis Mahon, probation report. (?) In 1991, Morris Dees represented a taxi cab driver who sued the White Aryan Resistance. Apparently Morris Dees "took WAR apart civilly." The lawsuit arose because the WAR literature apparently caused a person to beat up the taxi cab driver. The White Power tee-shirt that Tim gave to Roger Moore came from WAR. Where did Tim get it? Based on Millar's calling cards, he was calling truck stops all over the United States prior to the bombing. He called Liberal, Kansas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Pennsylvania. Metzger has hits on Millar's records. Millar also called truck stops and made several calls to Richard Butler at Aryan Nations. Marife used the Spotlight card and recharged it from Santa Barbara Airport with her credit card. On February 28, 1995, there was one call to the West Coast Telecom. Lana said she took Terry to the airport on November 22, 1995 and Terry made a call from the L.A. Airport. Tim McVeigh (?) and Dennis Mahon were at a speech given by Metzger in Oklahoma City in either December 1994 or January 1995. There was an amateur video operator who taped it. Metzger is the leader of the WAR. A Japanese film crew has this video and they are "coming out with it." Metzger is now living in a trailer park. (?) Tom Metzger's unlisted phone number is 619-728-9817. He called somebody on May 17, 1995 or someone called him. Andy Strassmeir is in Berlin now. The British National Party denied someone (Mahon or Metzger???) entrance into Britain. However, he snuck into the country anyway and gave a speech. The British neo-Nazi is close to the German movement. Mahon tipped off the authorities as to Gary Lauck. He will soon be extradited back to Germany and charged. The London connection is hot, skinhead connections are being run down. British and German nationals will be soon linked. If Metzger gets tied into the Oklahoma City bombing, there will be major problems. Metzger has ties to Britain. He set up the skinhead movement in the United States based upon the British model. He set up the music, the videos, and the WAR magazine. His visa was cancelled when he traveled to Britain. He also travels to Germany. At Waco, 14 Australians and 29 British citizens were killed. There is evidence that Koresh went to Australia to recruit members. James Nichols told Lawrence that Tim went to Waco because of Paul Fettah. (However, I did not see this mentioned in Lawrence Myers' taped conversation with James Nichols.) Martin was approached by Hammil in 1984 in Florida to set up properties. Martin helped them launder money, a 2-to-1 write off. Martin was employed by the United States State Department in Peru as a "G." (This is a general services, surveillance person.) These people look like homeless people. (Darci Restino????) There were three litigants in this lawsuit--Millman, Miezel and Phil Wynn. Phil Wynn was Mr. Iran-Contra in Denver, Colorado. Someone was contacted by the FBI on four different days. Joe Johnson of the FBI, Denver SAC, assigned Agent Jay Barrick. Bill Turpin was promoted to top head of the Federal Office of Labor Racketeering. Turpin contacted Martin about the investigation into Specter's involvement in CIA activities in Denver and Pennsylvania. The FBI was concerned about Matsch's safety after he spoke to Solano about the death of his daughter. Martin, at the direction of the FBI, spoke to the U.S. Marshall's Service in Denver in September 1995 regarding increased protection for Judge Matsch. Kirk Lyons is talking to the FBI today. The last time that Andy Strassmeir entered the United States was May 7, 1991. Somebody entered the United States (Andy???) and altered his passport. He is a captain in German military. He has no hits in the United States, no driver's license, etc. He traveled the gun show circuit. Andy said he gave Tim a knife. The FBI contacted Millar on April 19, 1985. (?) Women and children would not leave with James Allison. Millar convinced James and the women to surrender. Matsch knew of a plan to blow up the Alfred P. Murrah Building ten years prior. John Kelso's phone number is 308-762-3361. Terry Nichols wanted to move to St. George, Utah. Terry Nichols took tons of notes in the military. Brenda Hart has some relationship to Bangerter. He uses her phone also. Toni Tressa is a ammunition dealer. According to Dave Hall who works for KPOC in Ponca City, the reason the ATF was not in the building at the time of the bombing was because they were executing a sting operation. The target of the sting operation was Tim McVeigh. Apparently Dave Hall prepared a video tape of this information. Tim has had contacts with law enforcement in three different states: A CI FI report was filed. Law enforcement met Tim at a gun show and explained how to do something to Tim. I believe this involved John Kleinheiz or Sergeant Campbell from the Maricopa Sheriff's Office in Arizona. It is believed that the gun show was in Phoenix, Arizona in 1994. There is some mention of a PVC-2 used to shoot down helicopters. (For more information, see my memo of taped conversation with Lawrence Myers on 3-13-96.) In Ohio--Jordano--routinely. ??? Lawrence said that serious players go to the Florida gun show because it is a good place to sell gear. Lyons is ready to go public. Maybe he will serve up Andy. Andy lives in Berlin now. March through August 1994, Terry worked for Tim Donahue on Donahue's ranch. Jerlow said he routinely did computer hacking for the FBI. In Lawrence Myers' phone conversation with Roger Moore, Roger said he'd traveled up to Montana. Roger told him that the person who robbed him had on Israeli parachute boots. There was a misrepresentation to the New York Times--"She is drunk and insane." Was this Mrs. Campbell? Stickney wants to title his book, Timothy McVeigh--The All American Monster. Millar called Metzger on May 17, 1995. Metzger means butcher in German. Metzger was at the Tulsa Radisson on October 25, 1995. Either Millar or Metzger's phone number is 619-728-9817. When Metzger booked into the Tulsa Radisson on October 25, 1995, the room was reserved under the North Tulsa Hunting Club. At a meeting on October 29, 1995 (?), the following attended: Metzger, Dennis and Dan Mahon, George Eaton and Ray Lampley. The FBI had an undercover officer who attended by the name of Stump. He was a former Tulsa police officer and he burned Lampley. Dennis Mahon reserved the room for this meeting. Japanese film crew ran the film at this meeting. McVeigh was not on tape here. Fifteen people showed for this meeting, but it was supposed to have been big. Unknown if Metzger was in Oklahoma City prior to October 29, 1995. There was no hit for Martin or Ludwig at the Radisson in April 1995. Rick Serano called Lawrence Myers on this day at 3:10 p.m. All grand jury witnesses stayed at the Radisson in Oklahoma City. Rosencranz stayed at the Radisson and he rented x-rated movies at $8 a piece three times a day. So did FBI agents. Jennifer did not stay there; she stayed with Joel Daniels. Roger Moore is resentful of Tim because of the attention Roger Moore has received. Robert Jerlow is a private investigator who was arrested on April 24, 1995. He was trespassing at the Murrah Building and he was approached and said he worked for FEMA. He actually worked for KFOR. He was attempting to sell surveillance video tapes from the Oklahoma City bombing. This is disclosed further in Lawrence's December issue of the Media Bypass article titled, "Oklahoma City--A Closer Look." AM:kw 4\wp51\amber\mcveigh\memos\myers.312
