On Foreign Policy Focus #93, I discuss the US and Russia relations. A new story said Russia offered to reset relations with the US in March. While that offer was passed on, Russia’s Foreign Ministry and the US State Department now agree there is no need to continue in the downward spiral in relations. I also update Syria, Yemen, North Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
