  • NSA deletes surveillance data it promised a federal court it would store. The data is part of a case against the NSA. [Link]
  • The NSA can gather and use voiceprints to ID people. [Link]
  • Trump signs the bill renewing Section 702 mass spying program. [Link]
  • The State Department approves 34 F-35s to be sold to Belgium. [Link]
  • A 15-year-old UK boy is facing trial for gaining access to US intelligence operations missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. He was also able to obtain other personal information of US government officials. [Link]
  • Lebanese intelligence agency was caught spying on journalists with fake Android apps. [Link]
  • The Taliban attacked a hotel in Kabul. At least 18 were killed in the attack. [Link] At least 12 civilians were killed by a roadside bomb. [Link]

  • The Houthi launched a short-range ballistic missile at a military base in southern Saudi Arabia. [Link]
  • While Saudi has loosened the blockade of Yemen, the Yemeni people are still not getting enough aid into their country. [Link]
  • Germany will halt weapon sales to combatants in the Yemen Civil War. [Link]
