In this episode, I review a federal district court opinion from New York which unsuccessfully challenged mask mandates in schools on constitutional grounds. I did so to give the audience an understanding of how judicial supremacy has gutted the constitution (all Spoonerite arguments notwithstanding). Federal and state courts are taking the diktat of public health agencies for granted and some judges, such as this one, have stepped past their duty of judicial noninterventionism and have joined the fight against “harmful disinformation.”
