There are indications that President Volodymyr Zelensky is prepared to move forward on talks regarding his country’s neutrality, as well as Kiev’s recognition of the Donbas Republics’ independence, and Russia’s control of the Crimean peninsula. Alarmingly, Washington reportedly has plans to move more Patriot missiles into Eastern Europe. The U.S. and Poland also reportedly planned on providing fighter jets to Kiev. Though it seems that risky move has hit a dead end.
