Trump to Abolish Liar Clapper’s Old Director of National Intelligence Spot?

Jared, Interesting that Clapper quit when he did — perhaps in a race to get out before being thrown out.

But now the Intercept says Trump and his men are strongly considering abolishing the Director of National Intelligence job and department, and presumably then recreating the old pre-W. Bush Director of Central Intelligence position, which would mean the head of the CIA is also the head of all intelligence agencies and reports to the president in their name.

They also are reported to be planning to reverse Brennan’s reorganization, and split the analysts and operations divisions back apart.
