    • The US military underreports the number of airstrikes it conducts by the thousands. [Link]
    • The US has agreed to a $8.5 billion deal with Lockheed Martian to buy 90 F-35As. The cost is about $7 million less per plane than the US’s previous deal to buy F-35s. [Link]
    • Turkey arrests 445 people that are accused of being members of ISIS. [Link]
    • Iraqi warplanes are conducting airstrikes against ISIS in Mosul and Tel Afar. [Link]
    • Syrian forces are making gains against the Islamic State across the country. [Link]
    • A human rights watchdog group release a list of human rights violations committed in Yemen so far in 2017. All sides of the conflict are on the list that includes torture, executions, abductions, and killings of civilians. [Link]
