The HRW report comes after Israeli authorities blocked access to Palestinian religious and cultural sites during Ramadan for more than a week. While protesting the injustice, Israeli counter-protesters gathered to chant “death to Arabs.” Israeli soldiers executed a Palestinian man in his car. Initially, the soldiers claimed the man was attempting to ram a checkpoint, but evidence shows the car came to a stop when the soldiers asked.
