CENTCOM claims the withdrawal is 20% compete but does not provide the number of American soldiers and contractors that remain in the country. The US has removed equipment from the country, transferred some to the Afghan government, and scrapped other equipment. While the withdrawal may lessen the American presence in Afghanistan, Kyle argues the US war will not end.
