Patrick MacFarlane – host of Liberty Weekly – returns to the show to discuss Derek Chauvin’s murder conviction and a DC medical examiner finding that Capitol police officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes. The guilty verdict for Chauvin came after a weeks-long trial that was the center of national attention. Kyle and Pat break down some mistakes the prosecution made, despite getting convictions on all counts. Pat explains some legal theories important to the trial and the theater of a trial.

The autopsy of Capitol officer Sicknick has been released, with the medical examiner concluding he died of natural causes. Sicknick’s alleged murder at the hands of Trump supporters during the January 6 unrest on Capitol Hill was key to the narrative of the ‘deadly insurrectionist mob.’ While the reports of Sicknick’s ‘murder’ were questionable from the beginning, the mainstream media used it to push new anti-terrorism laws. With the truth finally exposed, the press is downplaying the importance of the revelation.
