The top 50 think tanks in the US are heavily bankrolled by the military industrial complex and the government itself, a new report shows, perhaps explaining why organizations across the Beltway so reliably parrot the same hawkish talking points.

Bolivia’s presidential election concluded on Sunday, with exit polls showing a blowout victory for socialist challenger Luis Arce, a hand-picked successor to ousted President Evo Morales, who was forced out of power last year in a US-backed coup.
