As Tel Aviv works to implement President Donald Trump’s plan to cleanse the Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Mossad is approaching other countries to take in large numbers of Gazans. Trump has said that he wants to send the Palestinians to refugee cities in another country.

Axios reporter Barak Ravid spoke with Israeli sources who said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered his intelligence agency to find a country to take Palestinians weeks ago.

Throughout March, multiple reports have documented US or Israeli officials contacting a number of countries about taking Palestinians, including Sudan, Somalia, Somaliland, Syria, and Indonesia. Ravid’s sources said South Sudan has also been approached.

When asked by the media about the reports, the governments said they rejected the proposal or denied it was made.

Finding countries to take more than 2 million Palestinians living in Gaza is a key component of Trump and Tel Aviv’s plan to cleanse the Strip. Trump has said that he wants to “clean out” and “take over” Gaza in order to create the “Riviera of the Middle East.”

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said that Trump’s plan is “taking shape.” He proposed expelling between 5,000 to 10,000 Palestinians from Gaza each day, and Tel Aviv has since created a government agency dedicated to removing the Palestinians from Gaza.

While Israeli officials and Trump have described the removal of Palestinians from Gaza as voluntary, Tel Aviv is making life in the Strip unbearable and Washington is supplying the weapons for the operation.

Israel has cut off all aid, food, fuel, and medicine from entering Gaza. Nearly two weeks ago, Tel Aviv broke its ceasefire with Hamas and resumed bombing the Strip. Over 800 Palestinians have been killed since the onslaught resumed, pushing the official death toll for Gazans since October 7, 2023 to over 50,000.

Tel Aviv is now planning a widespread invasion of Gaza that will push the people into a small zone dubbed a “humanitarian area.”

Washington and Tel Aviv present the resettlement of the Palestinians as an act of charity; however, it is a war crime and genocide.
