Russia

  • Sullivan says the US will respond to Russia over the killing of an American journalist in Ukraine. [Link]
  • Sullivan warned Russia that NATO would respond if any cross-border border attacks hit alliance members. [Link]
  • Russia says it is open to arms control talks with the US and the two sides are in contact. [Link]
