  • Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin tells the Senate to allow the White House to ease sanctions on some Russian companies. [Link]

Syria

  • A bombing in Syria killed four Americans. At least 16 people were killed in the attack claimed by ISIS. [Link]

  • Twenty-one people were killed by al-Shabaab gunmen at a hotel complex in Kenya. [Link]
