  • Trump said India agreed to buy $2.6 billion in Lockheed-made helicopters and missiles. [Link]

Haiti

  • Off-duty Haitian police officers clashed with the Haitian Army outside of the presidential palace. At least three police officers were wounded. [Link]

Afghanistan

  • US officials say the US wants Afghanistan’s president to hold off on being ingratiated for his second term. [Link]
  • Afghanistan has seen a reduction in violence since the US and Taliban pact has started. In a Taliban attack on an Afghan government checkpoint, at least six Afghan soldiers were killed. [Link]
