  • The Trump administration announced the US would hold talks with India, Japan, and Australia in September and October in a speech about aggressive Chinese behavior. [Link]
  • A US armored vehicle crashed into a civilian SUV during training in South Korea. Four Koreans in the SUV died, no Americans were seriously injured. The US announced it would temporarily suspend training in the area. [Link]
