Kentucky Governor Frees Some Non-Violent Inmates

And you cannot make this stuff up:

“The state is working to manufacture PPE, according to the governor, but the process is somewhat hindered by intellectual property constraints.”

Ain’t it funny how cops, DAs, judges and other government employees don’t worry one bit about shooting citizens in the head for fun, but are terrified that they’ll someday get sued over making or allowing the making of plastic gowns and goggles?

Why not just go ahead and then cry “furtive!” “waistband!” when the judges come calling later on?
