  • Trump decided to end the CIA program of arming Syrian rebel groups after watching a disturbing video. The video shows a CIA supported rebel group beheading a child. [Link]
  • Christoper Wray has been confirmed as FBI Director. [Link]
  • Secretary of State Rex Tillerson disagrees with Trump on the nuclear deal. Trump would like to accuse Iran of violating the deal and back out of it. [Link]
  • A video has been released showing Tennessee police officers torturing a 19-year-old suspected of marijuana and weapons possession. The officers restrained the young man in a chair and tased him 40 times. [Link]
  • There were 74 murders in Chicago in July. There have been 402 murders in Chicago in 2017. [Link]
  • Senator Cory Booker introduced a bill to legalize marijuana on a federal level. [Link]
  • The Pentagon and State Department are looking to send weapons to Ukraine. [Link]
  • Germany demands the EU retaliate against the US because of the new sanctions the US placed on Russia. [Link]
