On COI #47, Connor Freeman joins Kyle to discuss Trump’s foreign policy record. Trump supports will claim that he is the most antiwar president and hasn’t started any wars. Trump opponents claim the president is an isolationist, that he abandoned our allied, and took orders from Russia.
Connor and Kyle debunk all of these myths and get into Trump’s true foreign policy record. Trump’s largest failure was his decision to get out of the Iran Nuclear Deal and started an economic/asymmetrical war with Iran. Trump also expanded the ongoing wars in Syria, Somalia, Yemen, and Afghanistan.
Trump also tiled the US towards ‘Great Power Conflicts’ with Russia and China. Tensions have increased dramatically in the waters around China. The outgoing president destroyed key arms control deals with Russia.
