South Asia
- India killed three militants in Kashmir. [Link]
- A Myanmar government-appointed panel looking into the country’s 2017 ethnic cleansing of the Rohingya found the army committed war crimes like killing innocent people and destroying their homes. The panel concluded that no genocide was committed and downplayed the scale of the atrocity. Over 700,000 Rohingya were forced to flee the country. [Link]
