  • Ukrainian ships attempted to pass through Russian waters and enter the Sea of Azov without following the legal process set by the Russian government. A Ukrainian tugboat was rammed by a Russia boat and three Ukrainian ships were captured by Russia. Two Ukrainian seamen are reported injured.
