Russia

  • The White House bars Americans from buying Russian debt or stocks on secondary markets. [Link]
  • French President Emmanuel Macron has come under fresh criticism for again warning the West against “humiliating” Russia and calling for a diplomatic solution to end the war in Ukraine. [Link]
