  • The Wall Street Journal reports Erik Price is offering to fly people out of Afghanistan for $6,500 and an additional fee to remove people from Afghanistan outside of the Kabul Airport. [Link]
  • The War in Afghanistan will cost Americans $2.3 trillion. [Link]
  • Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he believes there are about 1,500 Americans in Afghanistan. The State Department is in contact with about 500. [Link]
  • The US warned people to move away from the Kabul Airport because of a potential ISIS attack. [Link]

Israel

  • Israel is accelerating its plan to strike Iran. [Link]
  • Israel’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett says he will not allow the creation of a Palestinian state. [Link]

Yemen

  • Saudi Arabia banned Yemenis from receiving a second dose of the covid vaccine. [Link]

Africa

  • Ethiopia reports 150 civilians were killed by the Oromo Liberation Front. [Link]
  • Boko Haram attacked a military outpost in Nigeria. Sixteen soldiers and over 50 militants were killed in the attack. [Link]
  • Thirty-six people were killed when militants raided a village in Nigeria. [Link]
