  • China accuses the US of masking its spy planes as civilian aircraft. [Link]
  • The US will provide $720 million in aid to Syria and $102 million to South Sudan. [Link]

Korea

  • North Koreans killed a South Korean official. Kim Jong-un apologized to South Korea and said the official was killed out of Covid concerns. [Link]

Afghanistan
