  • A police officer who murdered a man will not face civil litigation for murdering the man. The 11th Circuit Court granted the officer qualified immunity because he murdered the man while on the job. [Link]
  • A least 42 Somali refugees fleeing Yemen were killed by an Apache helicopter. Saudi Arabia carried out the attack.  [Link]
  • Tillerson says that a preemptive strike against North Korea is not off the table and that North Korea would have to disarm before any negotiations with the US begin. [Link]
  • The first of a total of 800 UK troops and tanks arrived in Estonia. The troops are a part of the large NATO buildup on the Russian border. [Link]
  • A senior UN official resigned after the UN pulled a report labeling Israel as an apartheid regime. The UN official said the UN was pressured to pull the report by powerful UN members. [Link]
  • Saudi Arabia says that Trump agreed to help the kingdom with significant increases in intelligence and military support. The increased support will be directed at Iran, specifically at the Houthi who Saudi Arabia falsely labels as a proxy of Iran. [Link]
  • A YPG commander says the operation to liberate Raqqa will begin in early April. [Link]
  • The Pentagon now denies that it bombed a mosque in Syria and killed 42 worshipers. Photographic evidence released by the Pentagon suggests the Pentagon was acting on old information and did not know that a new mosque was built. The new mosque is the building US Reaper drones destroyed with people praying inside. [Link]
