Never Forget, Trump Is A War Criminal

Never Forget, Trump Is A War Criminal

Barack Obama is currently on tour for his new book, “A Promised Land,’ and as you would expect the interviews are nothing but fluff in which they bring up “hard-hitting” questions about his “historic presidency.” Uncle Hotep mentioned on the Thanksgiving episode of “Hoteps Been Told You,” that the only reason he bought the book was to read anything about hid middle eastern wars. I’m sure there is no detail in there and phrases like “tough decisions” and “human rights” will be abundant. We should never forget the wars that Obama not only continued with vigor, but the ones he started (Yemen, Syria, Libya).

I have a strong suspicion that a lot of people, especially those who know “war is a racket,” may be tempted to make statements such as, “you know, I’m gonna miss Trump.” And most of that is going to be that he pushed the culture war against the radical, “evangelical” Left. While it was nice to see someone take them on constantly – as someone who believes they are violent psychopaths – we must never forget his record when it comes to foreign policy. The Pentagon only began keeping a record of annual bombs dropped on Afghanistan in 2006 , and according to Centcom, more bombs were dropped in 2019 than any year since records have been kept.

Some like to refer to 44 as Obomber, and he was, but Trump in the last two years has ramped that up while he has had people there allegedly negotiating a way out. That sounds counterproductive but maybe that’s just me.

It’s easy to look at Trump’s not having started his own war as a win, and maybe we should, but an escalation of bombing in America’s longest war should give people pause. The intelligent thing to do is to judge someone on their whole record, good and bad, and I can do that, and have. But to ignore the worst thing that States do, the “indiscriminate” bombing of areas that are populated by civilians, is to disregard what could rightly be deemed as genocide. The “Commander-in-Chief” chose not to bring those troops home, to not abandon a war that can’t be won. To shut one’s eyes to his war crimes because he was great at “owning the libs” is not to be the consistent mind that so many put premium on.

The Libertarian Party Will Never Have Political Power

The Libertarian Party Will Never Have Political Power

Just give it up already. Those who are holding onto the dream that the LP will be able to wield any significant political, or cultural power have not thought this through. An ideology of non-aggression and voluntary interactions has no place in the political sphere unless they are willing to become like the other two parties. Their message is that we are not like them. It is one of incompatibility when it comes to Machiavellian power structures.

The purpose of politics is to seize power and centralize it to your party. The Left knows how to do this even when they aren’t in power and the Right fails even when they hold all the cards. As Curtis Yarvin puts it,

“Progressives see power as an end; conservatives see power as a means to an end. As soon as conservatives get even a sliver of power, they start trying to use this power to create good outcomes. This is irrational.

The rational way to use power is the progressive way: to make more power. Your power grows exponentially. Eventually you have all the power, and can get all the outcomes you want.

There is not one progressive idea which does not yield a power dividend. I cannot think of a conservative idea that does. If one did, the progressives would steal it. Then the conservatives would persuade themselves to oppose it, and all would be well.”

Anyone paying attention knows this. In our lifetimes the Left has grown their power – especially over the culture – to an insurmountable level. The Right has become what the Left was 25 years ago, and they always play catch-up. I hear echoes of Michael Malice saying, “Conservatism is Progressive driving the speed limit.”

What does this all mean for the Libertarian Party? It should be obvious. What is described above IS politics. It is the dirtiest, slimiest, most reprehensible way of gaining power over mankind. To argue against that is to be naive beyond measure. An ideology promoting the Non-Aggression Principle entering into the American political realm is like a kindergartener entering a UFC match. The outcome is inevitable.

And don’t think I’m just talking about the 202-area code. No, local politics is just as bad. If you’re walking in there as “the good guy” the inevitable “bad guy” will rear their head and take you out. And if you’re a Libertarian and you are “consistent” in your ideology, you won’t fight dirty because once you do you are out of the realm of libertarianism. You’ve just became “The Swamp” (even the local Swamp).

Once you understand this you realize that the old argument about whether the purpose of the Libertarian Party is one of “education” or “getting people elected” to institute political change is easily answered. You are a party of education. And one that will always be a joke in the eyes of those who understand the Machiavellian nature of politics. But is education even possible if you won’t do what it takes politically to even get on a debate stage ignoring the inability to centralize all power to you if you do get elected?

Maybe there are better ways to spend your time rather than tilting at windmills.

Never Forget, Trump Is A War Criminal

And Just Like That, The Culture Changed

I’ve heard some people compare the existence of the TSA (I used this erroneously for a while) to mask wearing, social distancing and lock downs as proof that the people will accept changes that are clearly theater and inconveniences when they are in fear. The problem with that is the average person may only fly once or twice a year. These are “periodic” inconveniences. People like myself who fly often just get TSA pre-check or CLEAR to avoid the indignity of having to deal with the McDonald’s workers “employed” to keep the skies “safe.” But masks, social distancing and lock downs are every day. Some states even want you to wear masks and social distance in your homes. Clearly Americans no longer have a line in the sand.

Back in March I saw this coming and started podcasting about it. By mid-April I said that masks were going to be here until at least July. People said I was crazy. No, I just miscalculated. I had all but forgotten about social distancing as the local grocery store I go to didn’t have signs until very recently. But this is going away after the election, right? And now there is talk of not only more state lock downs but national mandates on all of this. What happened?

What happened was that we found out just how malleable people are when they are in fear. Sure, to some people this is political. But when you see people alone in their cars wearing masks, waiting for you to walk well past their vehicle when they’re waiting to get out in the supermarket parking lot, you realize how real the fear is to them. Those aren’t “Biden democrats,” they’re possessed with anxiety.

For decades the powers that be have sought to figure out how to get the majority of us under their thumb when it comes to our day-to-day lives; to control every aspect of our existence. It took a virus folks. A virus. Now ponder what your neighbors would’ve allowed if this thing was actually as bad as the initial models predicted. Please think hard on that.

Never Forget, Trump Is A War Criminal

The Sad Victims of TDS

If you have studied the Left for any amount of time, it’s easy to understand why Trump broke their brains. They are essentially children in need of a father figure and Trump was no Obama. Obama was the cool dad that when you brought your friends over was nice to them and may even offered them a sip of his beer. Trump was the dad that was going to embarrass you by farting in front of your in-crowd.

The people on the Right that hated him knew that he hated them. I don’t think it was because Trump had an ideological beef with them, rather he didn’t see the utility in their endeavors. Starting new wars comes to mind.

The group that hates him that makes no sense to me are the libertarian/anarchists. Sure, hate him because he’s a politician and a mass murderer. He can bring all the troops home and stop the wars. Continuing Obama’s wars was probably the worst thing he did. But buying into the “Trump’s a racist crap” is just ridiculous. He’s an elitist. Big difference.

And then there’s the ones who bought into Russia and Ukraine-Gate, who literally sided with the CIA in a coup attempt because they didn’t like him. The excuses were hilarious. Imagine someone who hates the State (allegedly) hating Trump so much more that they actually stood shoulder to shoulder with paid liars and killers. To this day I am perplexed that they bought into it.

Do I think Trump is “Batman?” No. Do I think he’s even an outsider? Nope. But he is enough of a wild card that he could fall into a policy or action that would make us happy; that could end some suffering. The CIA causes endless suffering and that’s who you choose to triumph?

Whatever we think of Trump, libertarians/anarchists should appreciate a bull in the DC china shop even if so many of his policies are tragic. (immigration – even legal – basically ended, tariffs, etc.)

Welcome to Biden’s America where you get Obama/W part two. Well, at least you know Russia is the enemy of the White House again. That’s not dangerous at all. /s
