Asking People To Be Educated Is A Lost Cause

by | Aug 21, 2020

Whenever there’s a crime in which multiple people are murdered by an assailant with a handgun or rifle people get excited. If you’ve never noticed go back and read their post-tragedy Tweets. It’s their time to talk about “gun control.” Guns are a subject that very few of them know anything about.

The meme above exposes a common fallacy that people on the Left, and even some people on the Right, love to spew. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard that to turn an AR-15 or AK-47 rifle into a “fully automatic machine-gun” all you need is a file. I’m sorry but it doesn’t work that way as you can see. One has way more parts to its trigger group.

Speaking of “triggers,” imagine how people lose their minds when you explain this to them. I even saw a woman on Twitter respond to a man that corrected Hillary Clinton on how suppressors work by accusing him of “mansplaning” [sic]. They cannot accept correction or criticism.

It’s clear that the people will not only talk without all of the facts, but will also lie to push their agenda while pretending to be experts on every “pet policy.”
