Where Is All The Money Going From The Covid-19 Stimulus Bill?

The Visual Capitalist has an excellent graphic showing who-gets-what.  Note their is approximately $17 billion “required for national security”.  That is believed to be for Boeing.  Of course money is fungible and this visual only shows broad categories.
