On Conflicts of Interest #40, Kyle discusses the assassination of an Iranian nuclear scientist. The scientist was murdered in his car. It is believed that members of the anti-Iran axis – US, Israel, and Saudi Arabia – are likely behind the attack. The attack on an Iranian citizen will prompt the government to respond. Biden will become president on January 20th, and the president-elect has a less hawkish Iran policy, however, it appears until then Trump, Netanyahu, and MbS are determined to do everything possible to ensure Biden cannot save the nuclear deal. Without the nuclear deal, Iran and the US appear to be on the path to war.

Kyle breaks down the 2017 murder of Kendole Joseph by two police officers. The officers that brutally beat the innocent, mentally ill man to death had their bid for qualified immunity rejected. Several cops who watched their friends murder the innocent man were granted qualified immunity.
