Does Foreign Press Have First Amendment Rights?

The text of the First Amendment is:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
It seems that the US Constitution prohibits Congress from making any law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press. Period.
Also, if the crime was not committed within US jurisdiction, then shouldn’t the country in which the crime was committed be prosecuting the case in line with its own laws? The US can bully countries to have “don’t hack the USA” laws. Those countries don’t have a First Amendment. However, can an act committed in another country lead to the US government prosecuting someone for journalistic speech?
This is just straight-up abuse. Still, philosophically, there’s a question about what kind of government the US government actually is.
Do the people possess rights, then create government by conceding some rights away? Or does the government possess ultimate authority and concede rights to the people? 18th and 19th century Americans sometimes thought the former interpretation was too strong. They felt that no rights were conceded, and that the government could only be justified when it protected and respected the rights people possess simply by being people.
Yet, the full-spectrum-dominance, federal-supremacist, New Deal American State has ultimate authority and only though its prudence, wisdom, and mercy does it grant its subjects any rights whatsoever.
Hah! The Second Amendment is nothing but a wink by the red staters acknowledging that even though the federals play-act supreme, they do so at the pleasure of the still-rights-possessing people. Yet, when that “wink” and “nod” are the only thing left of genuine rights, then what’s the point?

Netanyahu Just Got The Gift Of The Century
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received the gift of the century on Thursday when Vice President Mike Pence invited him and Blue and White leader Benny Gantz to the White House for talks next Tuesday about the long-awaited peace plan, otherwise known as the ‘Deal Of The Century.”
This sounds like a trap for Gantz. According to The Jerusalem Post, Gantz was invited to the meeting by V.P. Mike Pence at the request of Netanyahu. They believe Trump is going to offer a favorable peace plan, a defense pact and probably anything else the Israelis want. All they have to do in exchange is form a coalition government. Bibi will get immunity, Trump will probably get another $25 million campaign contribution from Sheldon Adelson and the unconditional support of Evangelical Christian Zionists in the U.S.

Military Times: Afghan officials: US airstrike killed 10 civilians in Herat
A drone attack carried out by U.S. forces earlier this month in western Afghanistan that apparently targeted a splinter Taliban group also killed at least 10 civilians, including three women and three children, an Afghan rights official and a council member said Wednesday.
According to the Afghan official, who is on the country’s Human Rights Commission, the strike took place in western Herat province, in the district of Shindanad. Five other civilians, including two children, were wounded, he said.

But since the law says that cops can murder whoever the hell they feel like, we don’t even need to know to know that the DA will not charge, the grand jury will not indict, the judge will pass out immunity and these devils will kill for fun again soon.
The only shadow of possible accountability is that their sons will always know their fathers are guilty criminals; for what little that’s worth to the dead.
