Kamala Harris is a Cop

Her record

Kamala Harris Has a Distinguished Career of Serving Injustice

and more

What prosecuting attorney Robert Murray did was produce a translated transcript of the defendant’s interrogation to which he had added a fraudulent confession. The defense attorney got a copy of the audio tape of the interrogation, but it “ended abruptly.” Eventually, Murray admitted to falsifying the transcript, presumably in the hopes of either coercing a plea deal, or ensuring a victory at trial.

When the trial judge found out, charges against the defendant were dismissed. Incredibly, the State of California, via Attorney General Kamala Harris, decided to appeal the case. The state’s key argument: That putting a fake confession in the transcript wasn’t “outrageous” because it didn’t involve physical brutality, like chaining someone to a radiator and beating him with a hose.

Kamala the Cop campaign hits back at Tulsi

The Harris campaign press secretary Ian Sams was quick to respond to the attacks on Kamala the Cop by Tulsi.  They put the blame on ……….. wait for it ……… wait for it.

Russia!

And of course the obligatory references to Assad

I think Tulsi struck a nerve

Government School

You people actually hire cops — and their fascist, rent-seeking contractors, like MVP Math Inc. — to teach your kids how to read, write and do the arithmetics?

What are you, stupid?

Year Zero: Immigration Underground Railroad

Year Zero: Immigration Underground Railroad

In Episode 57 Tommy takes another look at immigration. The caricature of libertarians is that they are open borders. Tommy takes the time to explain private property borders, property from a natural law perspective, and the government’s land monopoly before spending a few minutes on the immigration underground railroad attempting to nullify federal immigration policy and help those that are in need of assistance.

At the 16 minute mark a phone call comes in and static haunts the rest of the podcast. I hope it doesn’t ruin the fun.

Dial 911 and Die

Steve, from further down in the article:

Timpa called 911 on Aug. 10, 2016, from the parking lot of a Dallas porn store, saying he was afraid and needed help. He told a dispatcher he suffered from schizophrenia and depression and was off his prescription medication. The News first reported Timpa’s death in a 2017 investigation that showed Dallas police refused to say how a man who had called 911 for help ended up dead. …

He had already been handcuffed by a private security guard before police arrived. He never threatens to hurt or kill the police.

An ANCAP uses Jury Nullification to Free Non-Violent ‘Drug Offenders’

A fellow ANCAP, and podcaster, documents his jury experience on a major drug case in Philadelphia. The first episode is the story of what he experienced, especially the lies and omissions by the State, and how he influenced a jury to say “not guilty.”

The second episode includes an interview with one of the men he was able to free, detailing his experience, and the corruption that led to his charges.
